Making a reservation
We do require a 50.00 non-refundable deposit (which will be applied towards your final payment)
to initiate a reservation. Deposit will not be charged if space is not available.
Please note that a deposit does not guarantee the fare—only the space till ticket deadline.
Tickets usually need to be purchased within 10 days of confirmation.
Payment deadline
This deadline is whereby reservations will be canceled if tickets if not purchased. You can
send payment at anytime before this deadline. Fares are subject to change unless tickets have
been actually purchased. Making a reservation guarantees the space (till payment deadline)
but does not guarantee the fare. When final payment is received, we will recheck the fare,
and if there is an increase, you will need to pay the new fare. If travel plans are firm,
and funds are available, please purchase tickets ASAP to guarantee both space and fare.
Please ensure that all names for reservations are stated as in passports. Please ensure
that passports are valid for travel for at least 6 months from the date of entry into the
last country in your itinerary.
